Following the format of the previous event, the dissemination of the second mobility took place at Agrupamento de Escolas de Esgueira on December 18, 2024, from 14:30 to 16:30. This time, the event gathered 70 attendees, including students, teachers, and professionals.
The event featured an engaging discussion titled “Inclusion and Diversity Explained Simply” (Inclusão e Diversidade Trocadas por Miúdos), led by the young participants who shared the highlights of their visit with their peers.
Additionally, the program included:
- A conversation between two mothers, reflecting on the topic “Inclusion at Home and at School,” offering insights from a parental perspective.
- A talk by Rosa Madeira, a professor and researcher from the University of Aveiro, who shared her expertise on “From Research to Practice” in the field of inclusion.
The event successfully reached a broader audience, sparking interest among students who expressed enthusiasm about joining the project. Some students showed a keen interest in participating in the upcoming activities, which include youth training, inclusive sessions with children, and preparations for the final mobility in Portugal at the end of 2025.
