e-Learning Training Program
T4I offers an e-learning training program designed to equip young facilitators with a solid understanding of inclusion and diversity, empowering them to implement meaningful changes in their contexts with confidence. The course consists of five modules: Understanding Children, Group Management, Multiculturalism, Self-Concept and Self-Esteem, and Communication. Facilitators can access the course anytime, with a total duration of approximately 3.5 hours.
