Second mobility to Malta – An Opportunity for Leadership and Cultural Exchange Among Young Participants

The second mobility of the T4I project took place from October 22 to 25, 2024, in Malta, bringing together approximately 46 participants, including young people, teachers, parents, and professionals from the three partner countriesHungary, Malta, and Portugal. 

 

The primary objective of this second trip was to provide participants with valuable experiences and knowledge on group leadership and teamworkessential skills for fostering more integrated, cultured, and socially conscious citizens. Additionally, the program focused on understanding the differences between prejudice, stereotypes, and discrimination, encouraging reflection on their impact on people’s lives. During the mobility, participants visited the ZghaZagh Agency and engaged in a variety of workshops and activities aimed at developing diverse skills. 

 

The experience also included guided tours to explore the island of Malta, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the local culture. Various interactive games were organized, facilitating connections and fostering cultural exchange among young people from different backgrounds. 

 

The third and final mobility of the project is scheduled to take place in Portugal at the end of 2025.
