During the Tools4Inclusion project, youth facilitators took the role of leaders and “ambassadors” on the importance of inclusion.Youth from partner countries enrolled in different activities to present their perspective on multiculturalism and inclusion.
In Hungary, in March 2026, students from different high school grades joined an event organised by Bagázs. A youth facilitator held the event and the goal was to discuss social inclusion, why it is important in the context of Hungarian Roma society, showing and trying the activities and games that the youth learned during the training of T4I.
The participants really enjoyed the interactive activities and became excited to join Bagázs’s work. The values and experience of T4I project got promoted among the participants. They had interesting conversations about their privileges in education and later in the labour market.
