\ud83d\ude80 An Exciting Start to the Tools4Inclusion Project! \ud83c\udf89<\/b><\/p>

T4I \u2013 Tools for Inclusion is a program that supports young people in building more inclusive and cohesive communities. It focuses on empowering disadvantaged youth \u2013 such as Roma, refugee, or migrant-background youth \u2013 while also engaging young people from the majority society to take an active role in reducing social inequalities.<\/b><\/p>

We\u2019re happy to share that our inclusive training has officially started, and we\u2019ve already completed three successful sessions!<\/b><\/p>

During our most recent training day, we connected through pair and small group conversations, playful warm-up activities, and a lot of collective reflection. The young participants shared what had happened in their lives over the past weeks and what they\u2019re hoping to get from the rest of the program.<\/b><\/p>

\ud83e\udde0 In the \u201cthermometer\u201d exercise, we explored important social questions \u2013 and it was often surprising to see how differently we think\u2026 or just how much we actually agree.<\/b><\/p>

\ud83c\udfac At the end of the day, participants worked on creative documentation tasks, producing videos and photos around the theme of inclusion. We paid special attention to ensuring that all content was ethical, promoted equality, and avoided stereotypes.<\/b><\/p>

\ud83d\udc65 The team\u2019s enthusiasm and collaboration are truly inspiring. We\u2019re learning, growing, and building bridges between our communities \u2013 not just <\/b>next to<\/i><\/b> one another, but <\/b>with<\/i><\/b> one another.<\/b><\/p>
