Exchange Learning are international learning opportunities for youth, teachers, parents, and professionals.\u00a0It combines\u00a0Workshops\u00a0on\u00a0own experience to try out tools and materials produced;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>National discussions;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Field experience visits;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Cross-cultural awareness.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It promotes\u00a0learning through activities in national and international connections, linked to the core values of diversity and inclusion.\u00a0It will provide experience of understanding each other’s perspectives in a safe environment and of listening to real needs and ensuring\u00a0an appropriate response.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

During the years 2024 and 2025, the partners carried out three exchange learning activities. These exchange learning were moments of inspiring connections between youth and full of insights for their lives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The first exchange learning was organized by\u00a0BAG\u00e1zs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The program included theoretical,\u00a0practical\u00a0and\u00a0self-experience-based\u00a0workshops that helped the participants to understand the complex approach of inclusion, especially in the context of\u00a0Hungarian\u00a0romanii community.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The goal of this exchange learning event was to deepen the participant\u2019s knowledge and experience,\u00a0from\u00a0their attitude\u00a0regarding\u00a0the complex approach of social inclusion. All the workshops were based on cooperative methods where the\u00a0participant\u2019s\u00a0diverse opinion and experience can create an exciting learning environment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

During the week, participants were enrolled in\u00a0interactive and meaningful\u00a0icebreakers,\u00a0workshops\u00a0and\u00a0speaker-led discussions.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The activity\u00a0involved a visit to two\u00a0roma\u00a0settlements.\u00a0<\/span>Bag\u00e1zs\u00a0works with a complex programme structure in the\u00a0roma\u00a0settlements of Bag and\u00a0D\u00e1ny. When visiting the settlements, it\u00a0was important to preserve the dignity of the people living there, so\u00a0the programme was organised\u00a0where the people living in the settlements and\u00a0Bag\u00e1zs\u00a0volunteers can present the work of\u00a0Bag\u00e1zs\u00a0together. The aim of the visit\u00a0was to give participants an impression of the segregated housing and to give them the opportunity to reflect on the serious social inequalities that segregated housing leads to.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

There were 26 participants in total.\u00a0The group was\u00a0very diverse, we included teachers, students (from majority and immigrant background), youth (from majority and\u00a0roma\u00a0background), social workers,\u00a0parents\u00a0and NGO professionals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Quoting one participant,\u00a0one of the personal learning\u00a0take-away was:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

FGHD organized the second exchange learning event.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In the Tools4Inclusion Erasmus+ project,\u00a0Bag\u00e1zs\u00a0and ELTE from Hungary,\u00a0Aproximar\u00a0from Portugal and FGHD from Malta is working together on\u00a0a methodology\u00a0to support young people to self-organize\u00a0inclusive leisure activities for children from different social backgrounds.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

During this second meeting of the program, many participants joyfully reunited as long-lost friends, and it became\u00a0evident\u00a0that young people from diverse backgrounds were enjoying their time together immensely. This time we also had\u00a0a great opportunity\u00a0to welcome parents and young adult from Hungary that made the whole program much more enjoyable and brought a specific point of view into the project.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The aim of the training week\u00a0was to:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
